We are going to meet at the East Moline Library and have a speaker there before going and tour their downtown revitalization project. The 26+ million dollar project comes from different funding sources and focuses on pavement reconstruction, PCC pavement, sidewalks, storm sewer, curb & gutter, traffic signals, roadway lighting, and landscaping, among other things.
Please bring a vest and hard hat. Hope to see you all in East Moline!
